  • Measure out 3-5g of tea leaves into a teapot.
  • Rinse the tea leaves by pouring a small amount of hot water into the teapot, then discarding this initial water.
  • Heat 150ml of water to approximately 90°C (194°F) and pour it into the teapot. Allow it to steep for about 5 – 10 minutes. It’s essential not to use boiling, vigorously bubbling water, as it can diminish the nutrients and flavor of the tea. You can heat the water and let it cool for about 5 minutes before using it to brew the tea.
